WEEK 14

Cost-benefits analysis allows us to weigh the cost against the benefits hence we can predict whether the project is feasible. The cost-benefit analysis also enables us to estimate how much profits the project could bring about hence breaking down the profits to a monthly basis.

WEEK 13

Profits and cost are always directly related. In order to measure profits we first need to identify the costs such as fixed cost and variable costs (Direct labour, Direct materials and Direct expenses). Therefore we need the help of a costing table to list down all the costs incurred in our solar panel project. Thus with just a glance at the cost table the management can know what are the costs and how much capital we need for the project to be carried out.

WEEK 12

Risk are involved no matter what you do whether big or small. Hence our group decided to do a risk assessment for our project.
Prior to our belief, we really did found out some risks involved, thus we decided to review our project schedule. Therefore here's the edited AON, Gantt chart.

After reviewing the risk assessment of our project we found out that there were 2 major risks involved, namely delay in installing the solar panel and the occurrence of a poorly designed solar panel. As such, an increase in manpower and alternative designs have to be in order. Resulting in the project to incur an additional cost of 505k and a time extension of 4 weeks.
