WEEK 12

Risk are involved no matter what you do whether big or small. Hence our group decided to do a risk assessment for our project.

Prior to our belief, we really did found out some risks involved, thus we decided to review our project schedule. Therefore here's the edited AON, Gantt chart.

 

After reviewing the risk assessment of our project we found out that there were 2 major risks involved, namely delay in installing the solar panel and the occurrence of a poorly designed solar panel. As such, an increase in manpower and alternative designs have to be in order. Resulting in the project to incur an additional cost of 505k and a time extension of 4 weeks.
